Assalam-o-Alikum! First of all let me introduce you with myself.i am muhammad mazhar rafique 3rd year mbbs KEMU.i think thats enough for now. SPWS organized a Bake Sale Stall for swat victims in KE Pharmacology Lawn for whole week i-e 25-31 May . The students generously contributed towards the cause and eating and getting food which was different from canteen of Al-Kareem Bakers was a pure delight for all. It brought activity into Campus and More importatntly it created a sense of being with our brothers and sisters who are in trouble. The plan was to utilize the whole week(of which we got permission) and timings are from 10:00am-12:00 (2 hours daily). So in order to achieve greater participation and adjusting schedule for different Classes, we decided to divide days between SPWS members form Classes and volunteers. The schedule is Monday 4th Year A Tuesday Final Year Wednesday 4th Year B Thursday 3rd Year Friday 1st Year Saturady 2nd year The cooking and arrangement of food items was done by the respective classes and the arrangememts were done by SPWS organizing committee for the event. MONDAY: This Day was taken by the 4th Years A an was first day and was very nicely organized. Th students brought food from home and market and didn't take the cost back rather they also added to it as chaity for displaced people. In short this was total amount colleted and not the profit. The Money collected in first day was Rs.22,000. The food was sold in less than 45 minutes !!! TUESDAY: This day was given to Final Years and It was second day for the bake sale stall. The final Years concentrated on Quality of food and quantity was bit on lower side but the food was sold in 20 Minutes and the fund raised was Rs.12,200. So the total amount collected is Rs.34,200 Since the SWAT OPERATION has been started we were all watching the miseries of the people there. We all wanted to do something for all those people. And this stall is just a start.a start towards understanding our responsibilities. SPWS is not a society just for mayo hospital, we know how to fulfill our responsibilities as a Pakistani!!and our team will always be there. WE NEED YOUR PRAYERS!!!!!!!!!!! FI AMANILLAH

Assalam o Alikum! Today it was a new day, with new ideas, more energies more ambitions! All we are learning here is,everything just needs a start,A begining and if you are sincere with it then Allah will definitely help you!!Its the universal rule that if you aim to do something for others nature will support you!!! SPWS Team started this BAKE SALE STALL just keeping in mind our responsibilities as muslims and as pakistanis. In start we didnt know that kemcolians will participate in such activities, but the response is quite surprising for all of us!!Every class is participting with such enthusiam that we never expected!!It is so encouraging !!!believe me when you see so many people standing with you not for theirselves but for the social cause, same for which you are working,it gives you so much energy that you aim to achieve everthing in a second!!!Same is the state of mind of SPWS TEAM!!! Today 4th Year B took the responsibility to arrange the stall.Stall started at 10:0am. 4th Year brought a lot of food stuff in large quantity because last time everthing was sold within just 40min.Start was awsome. But another tragedy was in store for us!! Another BLAST!!another challenge for this nation!!!we are fighting on several fronts at the same time .Its time to get united,to return what we got from this country!!!we know we are quite helpless in this situation, but we are not the losers!!! WE ARE THE WINNERS AND WE KNOW HOW TO DEFEAT OUR ENEMIES!! With the broken hearts and tearing eyes we winded up the stall and reached emergency, many kemcolians donated their blood and lent a helping hand to the people working there. Total earning of today was Rs. 18000/- We are living in a world where everything is based on the Symbiotic Relations.we have to think about the others if we want to survive in this world and in the life here after!!! IT WAS A NEW DAY WITH SAD ENDING,BUT MORE ENERGIES AND MORE AMBITIONS!!!!! With Regrads,
