The blast management will be done soon. Every thing was arranged. The reasons for postponding it are following The speakers excused a night before saying. Dr. Khalid Jamil had meeting with CM Dr. Arshad Cheema had meeting with MS MAyo. Dr.Tariq jamil had to operate upom a massive brain tumour and so he didn't come.
The new dates will be finalized after consideration of availabilty and schedule of teachers and students inshallah.

@ iqra when there is no discipline between members and post-bearers of society, you cant expect this from others...... I would suggest that 1,2 days prior to every event, there should be comprehensive meeting of the post-bearers and all those who are concerned with that event and everyone must be told his/her duties infront of everyone .In this way, people would be better able to give reasons of their late coming or early going, prior to event......

as far as certificates are concerned, i think we shall have to and we should give them to all. Reason : As long as we dont make a disclipine in society and among us, we should not expect it from others. Rules should be same for everyone....and as long as its not the case , its fair enough to give certificates to everyone. I had this thing in mind before the workshop and thats y i wanted that we dont put any CONDITION cause i was very much sure that we wont be able to implement it and once you claim which you are not able to implement later, people stop taking you seriously. This thing is multifactorial and can be discussed in some meeting but i seriously doubt that we can do anything regarding this at the moment. Some people come for fun, some even for a "PHOTO"..........anyway

people who were demanding practical stuff were members+post bearers, and most of them were there till the end. 10 out of 100 ,doesnt fit here cause it was not the general public who demanded practical stuff. Moreover, turn over was very less cause workshop was postponed once and it was expected and you very well know, with sir kamran lecture on same day and physio test on next day , you cant ask people to bunk and leave books and go for workshop.People were even confusing blast management workshop with swat idps and many of them were not even sure whats exactly going on in auditorium......As i said, its not just one thing, many factors add to final outcome.

The lessons in the form of mistakes will keep on repeating untill learned, anyway it ended well cause of VC acknowledgment and it would help a lot in future. "All is well that ends well" so cheer up.

@iqra and Ans This topic will be discussed in detail next meeting We need to be more disciplined an individuals as society and as nation. I have seen this happening in big conferences and seminars. The problem with us we don't look into ourselves. The certificates will only be given to those who attended most of the workshop and if left, with some genuine reason. Naveed has marked those who left the workshop. The idea of prior meeting is good but if people participate. But with VC saying to call IDP families just one day before that too at 1 pm there wasn't much room for meetings. And as ans mentioned about lectures and test these are inevitable. Practically we can't do an event when all classes are free. The confusion if present was to be cleared by members and its all members responsibility. I informed all members. All is well that ends well as ans said.
