here are some of the tips for study for 2nd year :
Anatomy:
-always use atlas for study -always note down the page no of any dia related to any topic with that topic on ur book e.g if u r studying ant wall of abdomen...write N333,443, M431, C543,561, G66 meaning that the dia of this topic is on page no 333 and 443 of netter and page no 431 of Mc Minn, and page no 543 and 561 of Clemente and page 66 of Grants' Atlas - use KLM for embryology and always first look all its diagrams of any topic before reading it. - listen to all the lectures of mam nadia for histo and always draw ur dia 100% according to that....try to get all ur dia checked fom mam nadia....u would never need a book for histo then.
Physio:
- Never forget to read from Prof. Akram' s book - but at the same time dont forget to read any other book for ur concepts...Guyton(if u have time) or Kaplan + Dvds (if u want to make ur concept in just 50 min)
Biochem:
-always listen and write every single word of Prof Kamran....then use only his lecture notes that u have noted down for exams....dont even go near other books....always draw his flow sheets in exam....i remember i got positions in 3 out of 4 class tests in biochem and i never read any book of biochem....even he gave me 2nd highest marks among boys in prof and only only becz of his notes....always study from them.

ANATOMY MODELS:
It has never been easy going through the models in the anatomy museum before stages, sendup and proff due to the huge crowd of students trying to peer at the models all at the same time.To view the models from the comfort of ur homes.. some models pictures are avaible with Rashid Bhai at the computer lab.The rest of the models whose pics were missing..i have clicked them AND LABELLED THEM.These include those of head and Neck,Abdomen n Pelvis and Embryo.I have given them to Rashid Bhai..u can ask him for them.
HISTOLOGY SLIDES: For the histo slides ...a huge gallery is available consisting of pistures snapped by many of our helpful colleagues n seniors. If u go through them properly ,i m sure u will not get a SINGLE slide wrong in histo.I would suggest giving more attention to the recently added ones i.e., the folders named : "Histo by Maryam Arshad", "Revised Slides" and "Histology Slides"

i agree because especially for hist, ususlly what you see on slide on pc is most likely to be out here in the practical,so it is a commendable effort maryam
